The clinic offers free medical services including lab tests, doctor examinations, diagnoses, and treatments. Other diagnostic tests, specialty care, and chronic care management are provided through our network. Patients who are experiencing homelessness with chronic conditions can also receive Care Management services. Patient education and care coordination are included in our services.
