* Winter Glow *
The Community Action Coalition for South Central Wisconsin will be hosting their annual Winter Glow event on Thursday, October 15, 2026 at the Waukesha Public Library (321 Wisconsin Ave, Waukesha, WI 53186).
Winter Glow is an annual program organized by CAC with the aim of providing essential resources and support to families with school aged-children in need during the colder months.
HOPE CENTER
Hope Center The Hope Center operates The Clothing Shop. The Shop has everyday clothing and a section devoted to career type clothing. Volunteers assist guests in selecting clothes free of charge. The Shop is restricted to residents of Waukesha County who are in low, to low-middle income levels.

Monday–Friday: 12:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Tuesday & Saturday: 9:30 a.m.–11:30 a.m.
Wednesday Evenings: 5:30 p.m.–7:30 p.m.

LAKE COUNTRY CARING
Lake Country Caring (LCC) provides clothing, hygiene products, furniture, appliances, infant and household items to those in need free of charge. These items and community resource referral are provided to residents who live in Waukesha, Washington, Dodge or Jefferson County.

ST. VINCENT DE PAUL OF WAUKESHA COUNTY
St. Vincent de Paul of Waukesha County is a group of lay Catholic volunteers from all walks of life, neighbors helping neighbors right here in Waukesha County whose outreach has no faith boundary. Assistance may include emergency rent, utilities, food, clothing, household goods, referral services and programming to help navigate a path to financial stability. On a person-to-person basis, members offer help, hope, and encouragement to people in need, an ear to listen, a hand in a time of crisis, a hope to guide people toward programs that can bring lasting change to their lives, and mentoring to encourage those on a path to financial stability.
