Provider Collaborative

The Provider Collaborative of the Housing Action Coalition (HAC) is a network of local agencies, organizations, and community partners working together to prevent and end homelessness in Waukesha County. Members provide housing support, prevention services, intervention, and resources that help individuals and families experiencing homelessness move toward stable housing and self-sufficiency. Through collaboration and shared resources, the Provider Collaborative strengthens the community’s response to homelessness and connects residents with the services they need.
