Affordable Child Care
The Salvation Army offers Summer Day Camp for students 7-years of age, or entering 2nd thru 8th Grades. Fees include on-site activities, lunch, snacks and most field trips. Registration Fee: $ 10.00 per child, non-refundable/non-transferable. Camp Fee: $ 75.00 per week per child (discounted to $675.00 all ten weeks). Family Rate: $ 60.00 (discounted to $540.00 all ten weeks) each additional child. Before and After Care: $ 10.00 per child, per week, per extension $ 3.00 per child, per day, per extension. Wisconsin Child Care Subsidy Program
Wisconsin’s Child Care Subsidy Program, Wisconsin Shares, helps low-income, working families pay for child care. If the parent is eligible, child care can be subsidized for children under the age of 13 (up to 19 if special needs).

Leisure Activites
Family Focus Memberships provide free access for families (up to 2 adults and all children) that meet one of the following criteria: *Has a combined household income of less than $40,000 per year *Receives assistance such as Badgercare Insurance/Forward card, Quest, Title 19, WIC or Medicaid *A child or caregiver has special needs *A child is in Head Start *A family has a foster child *A main caregiver is deployed in the military *A main caregiver speaks limited English *Other eligibility qualifications may be considered. Family Access Memberships provide reduced price membership of $20/yearly for a families (up to 2 adults and all children) that meet the following criteria: Qualify for WIC, FoodShare, or BadgerCare. To apply, bring proof of public assistance in one of the programs listed below to the Museum’s admission desk. Prescription Assistance
The Salvation Army can assist individuals on an emergency basis with the payment for prescription medications.
Prescription medication assistance cannot be provided on an ongoing basis and is solely available for emergency situations. Additionally, please note that The Salvation Army cannot assist with any prescriptions for narcotic medications or controlled substances. Assistance can only be provided when all eligibility requirements are met and funds are available.
